ALIGN.AI is a paid subscription reflective AI product for women founders, built on Jodie Hayward's methodology. You talk to it about how you're really running your business, and it reflects back what it sees. It pulls you a daily alignment card, writes you a weekly letter, keeps your working records, and remembers your context over time.

It's AI, and only AI.It isn't Jodie, and it isn't a human. It isn't therapy or any form of mental health treatment. It doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing it says should be treated as such. For those decisions, use qualified professionals who carry real accountability for them.

It isn't crisis support.The product signposts Samaritans on 116 123 (UK) and 988 (US) when it detects you might need them, but it isn't an emergency service. If you're in crisis, please reach a human now.

ALIGN.AI starts with a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, your subscription begins at $97 a monthunless you've cancelled first. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Prices are in US dollars because our founders are all over the world. Your bank converts at its own rate, so the exact figure on your statement can vary a little with the exchange rate.

If you joined at the founding price, that price is yours for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. It only changes if you cancel and come back later at whatever the price is then.

You can cancel at any time via Settings, then manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then, in line with your UK consumer rights.

Refunds.The trial is your chance to decide, and it costs nothing. Once paid billing starts, UK consumers also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right: because ALIGN.AI is a digital service that begins straight away, you agree when subscribing that the service starts during that period, and if you cancel within those first 14 days of paid service we'll refund the unused balance of what you've paid. After that, payments already made aren't refunded except where the law says otherwise, or where these terms say so (see acceptable use below).

Price changes.The price may change for future billing periods. If it does, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies, so you can decide whether to stay. A founding price that's locked under the paragraph above doesn't change while you stay continuously subscribed.

Jodie Hayward's methodology, frameworks and content, and the ALIGN.AI software and brand, are and remain the property of Jodie Hayward Ltd. Your subscription gives you the right to use the product, and nothing more than that.

Your own data and business information are and remain yours: your conversations, your uploads, your records, your ideas, your business. We claim no ownership of any of it.

AI outputs can be wrong. ALIGN.AI can misread a situation, get a fact wrong, or offer a reflection that doesn't fit. It will own that when you point it out, but the responsibility for what you do with its output stays with you.

Apply your own judgement to everything it says, especially before making decisions that matter. It's a mirror, and a mirror never runs your business. You do.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you that can't be agreed away.
