What Align.ai is
A mirror for how you run the business
Align.ai is reflective software built from Jodie Hayward's methodology. It reads identity through how you actually run the business... the decisions that keep circling, the boundaries that dissolve by Thursday, the numbers you'd rather not open, the to-do that's been rolling forward for a month.
You talk to it about the week you're really having, and it reflects back what it sees. It keeps your to-dos with their why attached, notices patterns and offers them tentatively (always yours to accept or reject), and tracks where each thing you're working on sits in the work. It remembers, so you don't have to start from scratch every time.
What it isn't
The honest boundaries
It isn't Jodie.It's built from her methodology and it works in her frameworks, but it's software. It will sometimes get things wrong, and when it does, you can tell it so and tell us so.
It isn't therapy. Align.ai works with identity through business behaviour only. Anything deeper than that deserves a qualified human, and it will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
It isn't medical, legal or financial advice. For those decisions, please talk to the professionals who carry real accountability for them.

Your data
How your data works
Your conversations are stored so Align.ai can give you continuity... it remembers what you told it last month, and the reflection builds over time instead of resetting every session.
Your data is reviewed only as disclosed in the terms. The API providers that power Align.ai don't train their models on your conversations.
Export and delete are buttons in your settings, and they work the moment you press them. Your data is yours... no support ticket, no waiting on us.
